		<description>Anyway , after comming to US you will be more comfortable with all this interview stuff. 
I was lucky and passed 13 interview with google , including 4 phone interview and 9 onsite , but suddenly on last interview I was discarded .... for some unknown reason for me. Nobody told me why .... I am was flustrated (due last interviewr in NYC was from Russia), but afterwords I understood that it's just another chance and it should happen.
